Batman Gets a Teen Rating

Yes, you have heard correctly. Batman: Arkham Asylum has received a Teen rating by the ERSB. But why?

Well, simply put, Batman does not kill one bad guy in this game. Not one. Yes, I know, Batman isn’t supposed to kill anyone. But, come on, this is the “DARK” Knight. Oh well, one can’t dwell on this. He is still a superhero, and that is what Batman does.

Even without anyone losing their precious life, Batman seems like he will still manage to be pretty violent and kick the butts of many, many bad guys. The game is due out this summer for the PS3, 360, and PC.

Pachter says We’ve seen the last of consoles

Michael Pachter, Webush Morgan analyst, has made another big statement today, saying that this generation of consoles will be the last. WHAT?!?

No more consoles, that doesn’t even make sense, or does it? The recent news about the OnLive “box” and service is causing quite a stir recently, and now this statement definitely has a lot of gamers wondering.

Pachter said, “I think we’ve seen the last generation of consoles.” He then went on to say that third party publishers just aren’t going to support a new console. Woah, that’s some serious talk right there.

Of course, we will just have to wait and see what is to come for the consoles. I can’t imagine life without console wars. That’s just despicable.

Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Yes, it’s the new Zelda.

You have to save the big news for last, and it certainly is big news. Nintendo has announced a new Zelda game for the Nintendo DS.

The new Zelda game is called Legend of Zelda: Spirit tracks, and looks very much like the Phantom Hourglass game. There seems to be a train involved, and it is said to be very similar to the boat allowing you to shoot cannonballs at people.

Ah, Link, we have missed you.
