Yep, we do trade links with related sites in the gaming industry, but your site should have 30,000+ visitors a month and some PR

Can I be a Staff member??
We really appreciate the enthusiasm, really...anyone that is a member can submit content. To be a staff member we would like to see that you can contribute, can write, are over 18 and are active in the community. Oh come on you know you want us to send you to review that new game..right??
