F.E.A.R is short for First Encounter Assault Recon. It was originally developed for the PC but has also been developed for the 360 as well as the PS3. An action packed first person shooter, you begin after a special forces unit mysteriously dissapear when an eerie signal interrupts radio communications. You play the role of a classified strike team, your mission is to determine the origin of the signal, and control the crisis before it can get out of hand. Wipeout the resistance, at any cost.
The 360 version of the game has multiple new single player content, as well as brand new multiplayer designed around the Xbox Live service.
