Nintendo Announces More Games for E3
Posted by Brad Hilderbrand, Jun 25, 2008 13:02

The weeks before E3 are sort of like an arms race for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo, with each company competing to cram as many games into their booth space as possible without having to annex any neighboring stalls and claim the territory as their own. Nintendo brings us our latest round of nuclear build-up, announcing three more titles which will be available for show attendees.

The company is promising Wario Land: Shake It! for the Wii, as well as Kirby Super Star Ultra and Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir for the DS. Wario Land is being billed as a "classic side-scroller" and will likely take us back to reminiscing about Wario’s original adventures back in the days of the Game Boy. Kirby Super Star Ultra, however, will be a "re-imagining" of the SNES original, only with more touching of the screen. Finally, Mystery Case Files will bring the popular PC sleuthing series to the DS, with players engaging in eyeball-straining games of eye-spy to pick out particular objects.

Currently, all three games are slated for a September release in Europe and Japan, with no word yet on when they’ll make their way to America. Keep it here to read all about our impressions on these titles and many, many more when we bring you our coverage of E3 next month.
