The Burnout Paradise Cagney update, the second major update for the title since its release, will be delayed by four days for anyone playing the game on Xbox 360. Criterion has announced that the update has been held up in the approval process, and is now expected to go live on July 14th, rather than the previously scheduled July 10th.
On the PS3 side, Sony has approved the update for the USA, Europe, and Japan, with only Sony Korea left to report in. Approval is expected any day now, and Cagney should launch on schedule for those tearing up the streets on the PS3.
Look on the bright side 360 owners: you’ve waited this long for Cagney, holding out for four more days probably won’t kill you.
