As we predicted in Rumor Killers, Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty has been officially announced during Sony’s E3 press conference. Quest for Booty will be a shorter, lower priced game that will be exclusive to the Playstation Network. Developed by Insomniac, the game will follow on from where Tools of Destruction left off with Clank’s disappearance.

From what we saw, it looks very promising and will definitely help fill the gap until a full retail Ratchet & Clank hits in the future. What’s best is that you wont have to wait long, for this as it will be available this summer for $14.99 on the PSN. Be sure to check back for more E3 news as we get it.
