This week Square Enix, maker of the famous Final Fantasy series, announced that the follow up to it’s Final Fantasy XII title named Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings is now available for the Nintendo DS all across North America. The game is set one year after the original Final Fantasy XII and features Vaan and Penelo flying around the continent of Ivalice in search of various treasures ripe for the taking. The game will also feature a new continent, the airborne continent of Lemurés, where the aegyl Llyud makes Vaan and Penelo’s acquaintance. The Lemurés have been having difficulties with groups of Sky Pirates which Vaan and his band promises to defeat. Final Fantasy Xii: Revenant Wings will allow players to control huge forces of troops and use Gambit moves against enemies all while using the DS stylus.
The game features the amazing CG graphics is augmented by the musical compositions of Hitoshi Sakimoto and the direction of Final Fantasy X-2 AND Final Fantasy XIII Motomu Toriyama.
