Tony Hawk’s Motion Brings Tilt Control to the DS
Posted by ExileOnMainSt, Sep 1, 2008 09:09

Activision has officially announced Tony Hawk’s Motion for the DS, a new title in the franchise that will bring motion control to the portable.  Some of you may be saying, “Wait a minute, the DS doesn’t have a built-in accelerometer!” Well, Activision has made a device which they cleverly named the “motion pack” which fits snugly into the GBA port.

Activision tells us that you will be able to “twist, tilt and turn through various skateboarding sessions.” Not only that, but Motion will be introducing snowboards to the long-running series. It looks like somebody’s trying to compete with Shaun White.  Tony Hawk’s Motion looks interesting to say the least and as an added bonus it will be packaged in with Hue Pixel Painter which is a small, action-based puzzle game that will also have you tilt and twist your DS to “restore color to a dull world.”

Tony Hawk’s Motion will be hitting stores this November.
