Smashing Pumpkins Debut New Single via Guitar Hero
Posted by Brad Hilderbrand, 91 days ago Sep 3, 2008 12:33

Fans of rock phenoms The Smashing Pumpkins will be pleased to know that the group is releasing a brand new single as part of a batch of DLC aimed at Guitar Hero World Tour. The three pack will contain band hits "The Everlasting Gaze" and "1979," as well as the brand-new single, titled "G.L.O.W."

The Pumpkins aren’t limiting themselves to DLC however, as their song "Today" is already featured on the in-game soundtrack, and lead singer Billy Corgan will appear and perform the song whenever it is chosen. While it’s not yet been confirmed, we’re also assuming he’ll show up on stage anytime you play one of the band’s downloaded songs as well.

This dose of flannel, faded jeans and teenage angst is brought to you by Guitar Hero World Tour.
