
Atari has released shots of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition today, including the new box and contents. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition comes with four bonus discs that include the official game soundtrack, a "Making Of" DVD, music inspired by The Witcher, the D’jinni Adventure Editor, and new adventures. The Enhanced Edition also comes with “The Witcher,” a short story by Andrzej Sapkowski, a map of The Witcher’s world, and the official game guide.

Updates to the game include more than 5,000 lines of re-written and re-recorded dialog, 200 new dialog animations, a new character differentiation system for NPCs, an enhanced inventory with improved alchemy, reduced loading times, improved combat responsiveness, and improved graphics.
The Witcher sold 880,000 copies worldwide since launch and received over 90 awards, including numerous "PC RPG of the Year" awards.
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is set to release on Sept. 16, but fans can pre-order the new edition through Stardock’s digital download service Impulse; doing so offers buyers a 10% discount.
