There are lots of folks just chomping at the bit to get their hands on EA’s new survival-horror shooter Dead Space, and the company is hoping that you, dear gamer, are so passionate that you’re willing to shell out an extra $90 to get your hands on the Super Double Secret Mega Edition. Should you happen to have money to burn, here’s what you get for the extra cash:

  • Special Ultra Limited Edition packaging
  • Dead Space Downfall Animated Movie (DVD)
  • Bonus content DVD
  • Exclusive lithograph art
  • 97-pg Dead Space art book written and illustrated by the development team
  • 160-pg graphic novel
  • Ishimura crew patch

Currently, this special edition is only available directly from the EA store, and only applies to the Xbox 360 version of the game. We assume the PS3 is getting the same treatment, but there are no details to confirm that at this time.

So how many out there are willing to spend the extra dough on this hefty package? It seems like you’re getting a pretty good value, what with all the DVDs and graphic novel and such, but I’m a little disappointed you don’t get your very own necromorph. Throw in one of those EA and you just might have yourselves a deal.
