Another company acquiring someone else, and for once it is not Activision! It was recently announced that Take Two Interactive Software, creator of the hit game Bioshock, has acquired the Czech company Illusion Softworks.
Never heard of them? Me either, but maybe you have heard of some of their hit games including Hidden & Dangerous, Mafia, and Vietcong. Nope, still drawing a blank.
Regardless, Illusion Softworks will soon be sporting a new name, 2K Czech, and will be working with Take Two to create Mafia 2 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
