Gateway today announced the launching of its “Show Your Spots” contest, which offers all comers the chance to get their thrills and a chance to get their hands on Gateway’s premiere gaming PC. The prize to the winner is Gateway’s FX540XT, the fastest desktop PC that Gateway has to offer, and the XHD3000, a 30-inch HD monitor and the first ever Quad-HD display in the world. When put all together, the system promises a gaming experience second to none and with a monetary value of $4,5000.

In order to get in on their chance to win, potential entrants should visit the webpage for the Show Your Spots contest which is located at www.Gateway.com/showyourspots where they will find the submission requirements and contest rules. The deadline for the contest is March 31, 2008 and before then, entrants will have to make and upload a video, no more then three minutes in length, to Youtube showing what they will do to win Gateway’s flagship system and monitor. Also, to be included in the contest, the video must in some way feature a Holstein cow, either real or a duplication.

More than one entry is permitted and all videos submitted will be reviewed by a group of Gateway employees and rated according to humor, creativity, number of daily views on YouTube, and the level of audacity of the events in each video.  Best of luck to all entrants!
