Phantom Efx Primary Sponsor at Nationwide Nascar Series Race
Posted by Heather Longfellow, Mar 6, 2008 20:59

Phantom Efx announced today that they have secured the primary sponsorship of the Jay Robinson Racing Number Four Chevy, driven by Robert Richardson, Jr. at the Nationwide Nascar series race in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend. Two of Phantom Efx’s owners will be heading to Atlanta to take part in the race. The company’s logo will be featured on the number four car’s hood, quarter panels, and bumper. Phantom Efx will also have a presence on pit row. This will be the first time Phantom Efx has been a sponsor for a Nascar race, and will be the first of three sponsorships this season. The races for the other two sponsorships are to be determined.

About the partnership, Robert Richardson, Jr. remarks, "I was excited to hear that Phantom Efx was my new sponsor for Atlanta because I love playing cards and casino games. Phantom makes cool PC games for people who are looking for a way to play casino games but not lose money, and I think race fans will be really into it." And team owner Jay Robinson comments, "The number four Chevy has started the season very strong and Robert has done an excellent job early on. Phantom Efx is a leader in its category and the JRR Team is delighted to be aligned with such top of the line games like the Reel Deal Series by Phantom. I am happy to have them on board and looking forward to the first race ever for the number four Phantom Efx Chevy in Atlanta."

Phantom Efx are well known for their popular "Reel Deal" series of casino themed PC games, and the first person shooter they have in development for the PC, "Darkest of Days".
