Many of you may have wondered what that mysterious blood red countdown clock was on the official Japanese Playstation Website that popped up this week. It’s none other than a new Forbidden Siren Game coming exclusively for the Playstation 3.
In the latest issue of the Playstation Famitsu Magazine, it reveals that Forbidden Siren will be indeed making its way to the Playstation 3, as early as this summer. According to the magazine, Forbidden Siren New Translation, which is its full name, will go on sale July 24 in Japan with a demo planned for April 24. The PS3 installment is a reworking of the PS2 game and is currently 90 percent finished (they’ve managed to do a good job keeping this quite).
If you are not aware of Sony’s horror series, it tells the story of several characters trapped in an old Japanese village. Over the course of three days, Zombies turn up and basically all hell breaks loose.
What do you think? Are you a fan of the series? If so, let us know what you think of the game. If you have never heard of Forbidden Siren before, then make sure to stay tuned to TheGameReviews.com for more news as we get it, and for our demo impressions next week.
