Square Enix has confirmed that the Final Fantasy VII spin off, Crisis Core, will be available on the Playstation Portable come June 20th throughout Europe. Crisis Core is the highly anticipated prequel to the biggest selling Final Fantasy of all time, taking players on an exhilarating adventure filled with grandeur, excitement and characters that captured the hearts of a generation, as well as many new secrets to discover hidden within the world of Final Fantasy VII.

John Yamamoto, President and Chief Executive Officer of Square Enix Ltd. comments, “Crisis Core is one of the most anticipated Final Fantasy releases of all times. Pushing the boundaries of the PSP hardware, it offers a truly fantastic gameplay experience to not only existing fans, but new ones as well.”

It’s been a long time coming for Crisis Core to make its way to Europe, but it should be worth the wait for what is arguably on of the best games on the PSP. For more PSP news makes sure you come back to TheGameReviews.com
