Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

An addition to the popular series “The Legend of Zelda,” Twilight Princess blows past iterations of its series away in terms of insanely challenging game play. Fight against the world in a Light vs. Dark environment to save Hyrule from utter destruction. Transforming into a wolf form allows you to get to areas typically unexplored by your human “Link” form. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

Dark Samus is at it again, the Galactic Federation’s computer network has been corrupted. Under the assumption that the Space Pirates were responsible for the attack, Samus and the others create a game plan to retaliate. However, unknown to them, the Space Pirates are not responsible for this attack. Instead, they battle against Dark Samus who was believed to be dead. Defeated by Dark Samus, Samus and the Galactic Federation must fight against the enemies to restore the Galactic Federation to its proper state. As the trilogy comes to a close, only you can rid the Galactic Federation of the corruption.

Zack & Wiki: The Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure

In this puzzle adventure game, you take on the role of Zack and you are hunting for treasure. In order to find this treasure, you have to solve a variety of puzzles. The puzzles start off easy, but then get much harder as you get closer and closer to Barbaros’ Treasure. Using the Wii Controls, you must find the items necessary to solve the puzzle, as well as find out how the items can be used to solve the puzzle. Looking for a brain teaser challenge? Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock

The third installment to the rock out, guitar thrashing game, Guitar Hero III is welcomed to the Nintendo Wii as the first Guitar Hero game available for the Nintendo system. Featuring rock icons Tom Morello and Slash, Guitar Hero III will leave you rocking out all day. Even if you can only play the game on easy, like me, you will still have a blast strumming your way to the top in this installment of the Guitar Hero series.

Super Paper Mario

Mario returns to the 2D world of Paper Mario in this hit game, which hit shelves in the summer of 2007. However, what makes this copy of Paper Mario so different from the others is that it gives you the ability to go 3D and find hidden rooms, doors, and items. You can not do it for long, but with the help of the pixels and Luigi, Peach, and Bowser, you can do most anything. Defeat the mobs and make your way to save the Paper Mario World by defeating the powerful Count Bleck.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves

As one of the first titles available on the Nintendo Wii at its release. WarioWare Smooth Moves débuts the full functionality of the Wii Controller by triggering motion sensitive mini games designed to bring the fun to your party. The game offers incredible multiplayer action that will keep you playing for hours. Whether you are pumping up a balloon or holding something up, Wario brings more than fun to your Nintendo Wii System.

Wii Sports

To be honest, you really don’t have a choice not to own this game, considering it comes with the console; however, when there is not much else to do, Wii Sports can offer some friendly competition between friends in a game of Bowling, a tiring match of Boxing, a humid game of golf, or a fierce tennis competition. It’s time to show just how big a champion your Mii really is.

Mario Party 8

When it comes to multiplayer fun, there is no competition. Mario Party 8, the first Mario Party release for the Nintendo Wii, brings you and your friends through board games, mini games and more, in a fight to the finish. Be the player with the most stars at the end of the game and you win! Whether you are rolling your friends into a pit of lava or out witting them in a slippery ice race, you will have tons of fun working your way through the puzzles and tricks to reign supreme as the Mario Party Superstar.
